Whether you join us in person or online, you'll be enveloped in soothing vibrations and resonant frequencies created by an array of instruments, including crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. This unique session offers the flexibility to participate from the comfort of your home or to be present in our tranquil studio space, ensuring accessibility and convenience for everyone. Dress comfortably is clothes you can move easily in. Mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided, however, guests are welcome to bring their own and any other comforts to assist in an enjoyable sound bath experience.

Yes, by attending any event at The Muse KC, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur. Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and /or otherwise recorded and to be released for marketing purposes.

Parking is available on the street or in nearby lots. KC Streetcar nearest stop at City Market, 5th & Walnut.
FREE public parking within the City Market Square 24 hours/day Monday-Friday. The city has made all street parking paid until 7 pm, and then free after 7 pm. There is also a private pay lot located right next to the building (across from Planters). Be mindful to follow parking rules, as they are heavily enforced within the market.
The main door to our building automatically locks at 4:30pm — registrants receive the door code in their confirmation and/or reminder emails.

The Muse KC is located on the third floor of the Cromwell Building, across from Planter’s and above KC Taco Company, just one block south of the City Market’s south entrance. You’ll find the building entrance between KC Taco’s two doors, marked by a directory. Head up the stairs to the third floor, then turn right and follow the short hallway to suite 320, home of The Muse KC.

While our group offerings are designed to be shared experiences, we understand that they may not be the best fit for everyone. For guests who may require a quieter, more flexible, or less stimulating environment, we highly recommend booking a private session for a more tailored and supportive experience.

We welcome young guests to experience The Muse KC when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Adults are responsible for supervising minors at all times. Certain offerings may be designed specifically for adults; any age restrictions will be listed in the event details.
