Visits are by appointment only; walk-ins cannot be accommodated.

Located on the third floor of the Cromwell Building near 5th and Walnut in the River Market — one block east of Main Street.

An indoor 850-square-foot space and features brick walls, hardwood floors, and a private bathroom.

Features an atmosphere with live plants and natural light in an urban setting.

• No elevator service is available. Stair-access only.

• Our building’s main door automatically locks from 4:30pm-8am. Guests registered for a class/event receive a code in their confirmation email and reminder text (if applicable) for access into the building if the door is locked at the time of their scheduled class/event.

• Parking is available on the street or in nearby lots:

  • FREE 2-hour public parking is available within the City Market Square 24 hours/day, Monday–Friday. Parking in the City Market Square may become available after Farmers Market hours on Saturdays and Sundays.

  • Street parking in the River Market is paid 7 days a week. Please carefully review posted parking signage, as parking rules are strictly enforced.

  • There is also a private pay lot located right next to the building, across from Planters.

  • Street parking can be paid through the Park KC app.

• KC Streetcar access within one block (Nearest stop: City Market 5th & Walnut).

• Mats, bolsters, pillows, and blankets are available for use in our space during our sessions. Feel free to bring your own mats and/or props if you’d prefer.
