Kristen is the owner of Revolutionary Wellness and The Muse KC. She began her career as a wellness professional in 2011 as a licensed massage therapist, becoming a certified yoga teacher (200-hour) in 2018, a Doctor of Naturopathy in 2021, and certified sound healing practitioner in 2022. Kristen has over 10 years of experience working with professional athletes, including players of the Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas City Current. She was born and raised in the Kansas City area, and is passionate about health and wellness, loves nature, traveling, and helping to make a positive impact on the world.

Paul and Rachel began their sound healing practitioner journeys in 2022, becoming certified in 2025. They thrive as a ‘sound healing duet’, offering multi-practitioner sound baths.

A seasoned traveler with a compassionate heart for humanity. As a dedicated medical professional of anesthesia, she has journeyed across the globe, providing relief to those affected by severe trauma. Through her experiences, both personal and professional, Stephanie has developed a profound understanding of the healing process. Now, she brings her expertise back to her hometown of KC, where she aims to foster healing and growth from within. Inspired by her own transformative journey, Stephanie discovered the power of somatic breathwork in 2021 and is passionate about sharing its benefits with others. Join her on this journey of self-discovery and the freedom breathwork provides.

Allison Chase

Allison’s journey with meditation and spirituality began over a decade ago. In 2023, she received her Reiki Level 1 certification and began offering one-on-one guided meditations, expanding into leading group meditations, deepening her ability to hold space for collective healing. At The Muse, her meditation events blend guided meditation, energy healing, and group energy work—creating a space for deep relaxation, transformation, and connection. Her goal is to help others tap into their own inner wisdom and healing abilities, just as my mentors once did for me.

Sarai Spear, CYT-200

In 2023, Sarai found restorative yoga during her recovery from an eating disorder, and it became a life-changing part of her healing journey. Yoga taught her how to slow down, breathe, and find her way back to her true self—a gift she’s now passionate about sharing with others. Sarai’s classes are a heartfelt invitation to rest, heal, and reconnect with your inner self.
