All artists welcome! $5 drop in for one hour dedicated to the beautiful artists who came who saw and conquered Sprayseemo 2024! 

This class will start with some gentle flow followed by lots of beautiful grounding postures to release tension in the shoulders and lower back. Sound bath included for savasana to balance the chakras and clear out the mind for future artistic expression! 

Sprayseemo is a mural festival in KC! 

Our goal is to continue to grow and propel Kansas City into being a mural-laden town that promotes creative expression and exploration on a large, public scale.

About Anna Koehler

Anna is an award winning actor writer and wizard of the healing arts. She combines her masters degree within performance to bring you healing medicine in a way like no other. She has been described as a unique soul with a “beautiful light who understands, acknowledges, and invites your spirit to feel loved and welcomed.” She started akcyoga.com in 2018. Anna is a yoga teacher of 14 years as well as a reiki master, angel card reader, and intuitive. She is passionate about the recovery community as she has been sober from alcohol for 8 years. Her life’s journey is the fabric of her work.
