Muse Spa Night is a small-group, guided experience that blends sound healing, essential oils, mindful movement, and reflective practices—inviting you to slow down and nourish yourself on every level.
We begin with a grounding sound bath to help you settle deeply into rest. From there, you’ll intuitively flow through a series of spa-inspired stations at your own pace, choosing what your body and spirit need most in the moment.
This is not a workshop.
