Revolutionary Resonance™ Level One offers an educational and experiential introduction to sound, vibration, resonance, and the thoughtful use of sound instruments in a wellness setting. Through a combination of guided instruction, demonstrations, hands-on exploration, and supervised practice, you’ll develop foundational knowledge and practical skills for creating and facilitating intentional sound experiences.
Whether you’re beginning your journey with sound or looking to expand your existing wellness offerings, this training provides an opportunity to deepen your understanding, explore a variety of instruments, and develop your own approach to sound-based facilitation.
What You’ll Explore
Throughout this four-day intensive, you’ll explore the foundations of sound and vibration, the human experience of sound, and the practical application of a variety of instruments used in sound-based wellness experiences.
Topics and hands-on learning include:
Foundations of Sound & Vibration: Explore frequency, resonance, harmonics, vibration, and the principles behind sound.
Crystal & Alchemy Singing Bowls: Discover quartz crystal and Crystal Tones® alchemy singing bowls, their characteristics, and playing techniques.
Himalayan Singing Bowls: Learn foundational techniques and explore their distinctive tones and applications.
Gongs & Chimes: Develop an understanding of sound layering, transitions, dynamics, and instrument techniques.
Tuning Forks: Explore tuning fork types, handling, and introductory sound applications.
Session Design & Facilitation: Learn how to structure, prepare, and guide an intentional sound experience.
Safety, Ethics & Professional Practice: Explore informed consent, hearing safety, sensory considerations, professional boundaries, and responsible facilitation.
Your Learning Experience
This is more than a demonstration-based workshop. You’ll have opportunities to work directly with sound instruments, develop practical skills, observe instructor demonstrations, and participate in guided and supervised practice.
Your training experience includes:
Four days of in-person instruction and experiential learning.
30 hours of instructor-led training.
Hands-on exploration of multiple sound instruments.
A comprehensive Revolutionary Resonance™ practitioner manual.
Guided instrument techniques and facilitation practice.
Student-led practice sessions and instructor feedback.
Written knowledge review and practical skills assessment.
Six additional hours of independent practice following the intensive.
Three volunteer practice sessions and documented reflections.
Certificate of completion upon fulfillment of program requirements.

Meet Your Instructor
Kristen Daschke
Founder of Revolutionary Wellness | Sound Healing Practitioner
Kristen’s natural wellness journey began in 2010 with massage therapy training and has continued through yoga teacher education, naturopathic studies, and sound healing training.
Through Revolutionary Wellness, she brings together a variety of vibrational wellness modalities, including crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, tuning forks, and essential oils.
Her approach to sound-based wellness emphasizes experiential learning, thoughtful facilitation, continued exploration, and creating meaningful opportunities for relaxation, reflection, and reconnection.
Revolutionary Resonance™ was developed to share foundational knowledge and practical skills with individuals interested in exploring sound as part of a broader wellness practice.

$300 deposit. Remaining registration fee will be invoiced to you 1/31/27 and due before the start of the training.

Important Program Information
Revolutionary Resonance™ is an independent educational program offered through Revolutionary Wellness. The Level One program provides foundational education and a certificate of completion upon fulfillment of stated training requirements. It is not an accredited academic program, professional license, healthcare qualification, or clinical sound therapy credential.
Participants are responsible for practicing within applicable laws, professional qualifications, and their existing scope of practice. The program does not qualify graduates to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure medical or mental health conditions. Individual experiences and responses to sound vary.
Training Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Registration Deposit
A nonrefundable deposit of $300 is required to reserve your place in the training. Your registration is not considered complete until the deposit has been received.
The deposit will be applied toward your total tuition balance.
2. Student Cancellations
If you need to cancel your enrollment, written notification must be submitted by email.
Refunds of tuition payments, excluding the nonrefundable deposit, will be issued according to the following schedule:
More than 30 days before the training: Eligible for a refund of tuition paid, minus the $300 nonrefundable deposit and any nonrecoverable payment processing fees.
15–30 days before the training: Eligible for a 50% refund of tuition paid, minus the nonrefundable deposit.
14 days or fewer before the training: No refunds will be issued.
All cancellation requests will be considered based on the date written notification is received.
3. Transfers to a Future Training
If you are unable to attend your scheduled training, you may request a one-time transfer to a future Revolutionary Resonance™ Level One training.
Transfer requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the original training date and are subject to availability and approval.
Any tuition paid may be transferred toward a future training within 12 months of the original training date. The original nonrefundable deposit will remain nonrefundable and will be applied according to the approved transfer arrangement.
A second transfer or failure to attend the rescheduled training will result in forfeiture of payments.
4. Participant Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another qualified participant, subject to prior approval by Revolutionary Wellness.
All substitutions must be finalized before the training begins. The replacement participant must complete the required registration and enrollment documentation.
5. Missed Days & Incomplete Participation
Because Revolutionary Resonance™ is a structured educational program requiring attendance, hands-on participation, and practical assessment, missed instructional hours may affect eligibility for program completion.
Refunds or tuition credits will not be issued for missed days, late arrivals, early departures, or voluntary withdrawal after the training begins.
Additional instruction or make-up opportunities may be considered at the discretion of Revolutionary Wellness and may involve additional fees.
6. Training Changes or Cancellation by Revolutionary Wellness
Revolutionary Wellness reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a training due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, venue issues, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
If Revolutionary Wellness cancels a training and cannot offer a suitable replacement date, participants will receive a full refund of tuition and deposits paid.
If a training is rescheduled, participants may choose to transfer their registration to the new date or request a full refund if they cannot attend.
7. Emergencies & Extenuating Circumstances
We recognize that serious illness, family emergencies, and unforeseen circumstances can occur.
Requests for exceptions to this policy may be submitted in writing and will be reviewed individually at the discretion of Revolutionary Wellness. Approval of an exception is not guaranteed.
8. Agreement to Terms
By registering for Revolutionary Resonance™ Level One: Foundational Sound Healing Practitioner Training, participants acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to the cancellation, refund, and transfer terms outlined above.
